Employment Procedures

To fulfill the terms of the Supplemental Relief Order in the Shakman case, the Compliance Administrator assisted the Sheriff’s Office in creating a new Employment Plan governing the Sheriff’s employment policies and procedures. Consistent with the Employment Plan, the Sheriff has developed several new Employment Procedures. The following procedures and documents are currently in use by the Sheriff’s Office:
