SRO Claims – Claims between June 1, 2006 and October 30, 2008 Please be advised that the claim period has closed. The Shakman Compliance Administrator for the Sheriff of Cook County, Judge Clifford L. Meacham (ret.) (the “SSCA”) is currently reviewing the submitted claims. The SSCA’s office will be in contact with individuals who submitted timely complaints. If you believe you have a claim for unlawful political discrimination occurring between June 1, 2006 and October 30, 2008 and you did not submit a claim to the SSCA, we advise you to contact an attorney to discuss any rights you may have.
