Sheriff Dart issued a Sheriff’s Order which sets forth the Sheriff’s Office’s Unlawful Political Discrimination, Reporting and Retaliation Policy. The purpose of the Sheriff’s Order is to set forth its policy to prohibit unlawful political discrimination. It states that it is the duty of all employees in the Sheriff's Office to report unlawful political discrimination and that no individual who in good faith reports unlawful political discrimination shall be subject to retaliation.
