Meacham (ret.) as the Shakman Compliance Administrator for the Sheriff of Cook County (“SSCA”). Pursuant to the SRO, this office will ensure that the Sheriff’s Office is compliant with the Shakman Consent Decrees and is not conditioning employment decisions (hiring, promotion, transfer, discipline or discharge) on political factors for non-Shakman exempt employees.
