The current deadline for all Pre-SRO claims to be adjudicated by the Shakman Compliance Administrator for the Sheriff of Cook County is August 28, 2009.  The Shakman Compliance Administrator and the parties in the Shakman lawsuit have agreed to extend that deadline to allow the Shakman Compliance Administrator sufficient time to hold the hearings and adjudicate the claims.  The parties have agreed to a new status date of October 15, 2009 and will  report to the Court at that time the new Pre-SRO Claims adjudication deadline.  The new deadline for claims adjudication will be posted on this website after October 15, 2009.
