News > Judge Wayne Andersen has extended the deadline for all Pre-SRO claims to be adjudicated by the Shakman Compliance Administrator for the Sheriff of Cook County to March 5, 2010. The Shakman Compliance Administrator and the parties in the Shakman lawsuit have agreed to extend that deadline to allow the Shakman Compliance Administrator sufficient time to hold the hearings, interview witnesses and adjudicate the claims. The parties have agreed to report to the Court at that time.
